Intro
So... Apparently you spell chili with one 'l'. Managed to live on this planet for XX years and never notice. You learn something new every day (from automated spell-checker).
Also: kudos for inspiration to our very own Dr Rafauski who had gifted me the precious tree sap (which I had considered slurping out of the bottle but grudgingly set aside for finer dining ;))
Ingredients
2 flat teaspoons mustard
4 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 - 2 finely chopped chili pepper (though I know there's certain people on this planet that will lobby for doubling that amount [throws a sideway glance at Dad])
1/2 large lime / lemon (up it up to 2/3 if small)
4 fillets / 0.5 kg salmon
Instructions
Lightly salt and pepper fillets, pop in the oven for 5 mins at 200 - 220 deg, then take out and slather in the sauce (and put back in the oven, if that wasn't clear :P). Bake until it is flaking nicely / cooked through, I usually then break it up in the baking dish so that it's all swimming in the sweet, tangy, spicy sauce...
